One of the most heartbreaking things I've witnessed over the years is what happens when a woman begins believing something is wrong with her.

One of the most important observations I've made throughout my career is this:

The body adapts long before it breaks.

Long before disease appears on a lab report.

Long before a diagnosis is given.

Long before anyone can point to a single marker and say:

"There it is."

It reroutes resources.

Changes priorities.

Alters communication between systems.

Compensates.

And when a woman understands that something remarkable happens.

She stops asking:

"What's wrong with me?"

And begins asking:

"What is my body trying to communicate?"

That shift changes everything.

Because when a woman believes she is broken, she stops listening.

When she understands she is adapting, she becomes curious.

And curiosity is the beginning of body literacy.

I SEE PATTERNS.

Most women who find their way to me have already done everything they were told to do.

They've seen the specialists.

Had the testing.

Followed the recommendations.

Changed their diet.

Taken the supplements.

Tried to be patient. 

And yet they're still asking the same question:

"If everything is normal, why do I still feel this way?"

Because while their lab reports may look normal, their lived experience tells a very different story.
